Job summary

University of Utah Health is seeking an Operations Program Manager, II to provide administrative and operational support for the MD program advancement review committees and related activities. You will coordinate meetings and maintain records to support academic review processes.

This developing‑level role requires a bachelor’s (or equivalency) with 4+ years of experience, or a master’s with 2+ years, and is based at Salt Lake City Campus with business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) plus 4 years of related work experience, or a Master’s degree (or equivalent) plus 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute processes for the student development team, extended progress team, advancement review committee.
• Serve as a senior staff member for SDT, EPT, ARC and related education committees.
• Track referrals and follow up on remediation/action plans for SDT, EPT, ARC.
• Manage recruitment, training, compliance tracking for SDT, EPT, ARC.
• Coordinate communications and meeting documentation; schedule meetings and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with University rules and regulations.
