Job summary

BASIS Leander is seeking an Auxiliary Programs Coordinator to join our bright, passionate team. The role processes school fees and coordinates the auxiliary programming, handling before/after school programming, lunch, clubs and sports while supporting faculty and staff.

The position requires collaboration, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple activities. It emphasizes attendance tracking, vendor research, and event setup to ensure successful school experiences for students

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Fingerprint clearance required for all BASIS Ed employees.
• 1 year of related experience; 2+ years in a similar school setting.
• PowerSchool experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising events to help reach the Annual Teacher Fund goal.
• Update and oversee school social media platforms.
• Promote school events to students and parents.
• Coordinate auxiliary programming including lunch, clubs, sports and activities.
• Collect and process school fees.
• Analyze student participation and its financial impact.
• Purchase equipment or services for auxiliary programs.
• Perform clerical tasks related to auxiliary programs.
• Record attendance for auxiliary programs.
• Assist with event setups such as Back to School Night and Meet the Teacher.
• Research and coordinate vendors for auxiliary programs.
• Maintain regular, full attendance.
• Supervise students or groups of students.
• Other duties as assigned.
