Job summary

BASIS Leander is seeking an Auxiliary Programs Coordinator to join our bright, passionate team in Leander, TX. The role oversees non-instructional activities, including before/after school programming, lunch, clubs and sports, and supports faculty with auxiliary services.

Responsibilities include coordinating fundraising, managing social media, promoting events, processing school fees and analyzing program participation and financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fingerprint clearance required for all BASIS Ed employees.
• 1 year of related experience required.
• 2+ years in a similar school setting preferred; experience in a school setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fundraising events to support the Annual Teacher Fund.
• Update and oversee school social media platforms.
• Promote school events to students and parents.
• Coordinate auxiliary programming including lunch, clubs, sports and extracurricular activities.
• Collect and process school fees.
• Analyze student participation and financial impact.
• Purchase equipment or services for auxiliary program activities.
• Perform clerical tasks related to auxiliary programs.
• Assist with setup of school events like Back to School Night and Meet the Teacher.
• Research and coordinate vendors for auxiliary programs.
• Maintain regular attendance and supervise students or groups.
