Liberty University Writing Center invites undergraduate students to serve as communication coaches, providing one-on-one guidance for presentation-related or multimedia appointments and helping peers master MLA/APA writing formats.

The role is part-time and on campus, requiring 12-16 hours weekly with thorough training and opportunities to support classrooms and campus events in a faith-driven environment.

Competenze

• Current residential student at Liberty University with GPA >= 3.0.
• Passed COMS 101 with A or B.
• Completed SCOM 201 with A or B (preferred).
• Recommendation from a faculty member in the School of Communication & the Arts.
• Strong skills in spoken, written, and visual communication.
• Eligible for Federal Work Study (preferred).

Mansioni

• Meet with students one-on-one to help develop presentation skills.
• Work 12-16 hours per week during Fall and Spring terms.
• Attend orientation and training sessions as required.
• Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and attendees.
• Collaborate with staff and contribute to projects as needed.
