Job summary

Liberty University Online is seeking an Online Writing Tutor to review student papers for content, structure, and grammar. You will conduct one-on-one tutorials remotely, providing targeted feedback and real-time tutoring sessions.

Applicants should be enrolled in a LUO graduate/postgraduate program, be a Liberty student, and have excellent English writing, grammar, and MS Word abilities. Remote work with a flexible schedule is offered.

Qualifications

Enrolled in LUO graduate or postgraduate-level degree program.
This position is for Liberty University students only.
Must be a U.S. citizen with permanent residence and a minimum 3.5 GPA.
Own computer with Windows 10+ or recent Mac, headset/mic, and MS Word.
Strong in writing, grammar, and people skills; able to learn technology quickly.

Responsibilities

Review LUO student papers for content, organization, formatting, and grammar.
Conduct one-on-one tutorials with online students via computer-to-computer calls.
Perform targeted and full draft reviews.
Conduct real-time tutoring sessions via Skype or similar program.
Maintain open communication with supervisors and collaborate with the team.
