Job summary

Nova Southwestern University in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a friendly front-line coordinator to assist patients, students, parents, and staff with admissions, enrollment, and registration tasks, including scheduling and pre-registration services to ensure first-contact resolution.

The role uses ERP/CRM systems, reviews student records for required documents, provides information on academic processes, and routes inquiries to the appropriate offices while upholding HIPAA and university policies.

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to work with ERP/CRM systems and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supports achievement of key metrics delivering a seamless student and patient experience across channels.
• Assists Admissions, Enrollment, Registration and Financial Aid processes to address inquiries and services.
• Uses ERP and/or CRM systems to review prospective and current student records and identify steps.
• Provides general information on academic procedures and next steps in onboarding and registration.
• Routes and re-routes students to appropriate campus offices for deeper information and assistance.
