Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of customer service experience.
• Experience in higher education, student services, or healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line assistance to students, parents, and staff across admissions and enrollment questions.
• Assist with admissions, enrollment, registration, financial aid, and student records.
• Navigate ERP/CRM systems to review records and guide students through enrollment steps.
• Schedule appointments and manage pre-registration services.
• Explain policies and procedures related to registration and financial aid.
• Route questions to appropriate offices and coordinate with campus departments.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance for patient-related scheduling and records.
