Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Human Services, Student Affairs, Family Studies, Social Work, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for leadership and program oversight.
• Experience in higher education student services and case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for CCAMPIS program activities to improve student parent outcomes.
• Serve as the primary contact for participants through holistic, strengths-based case management.
• Coordinate individualized support with NCC departments and campus/community partners.
• Develop proactive strategies addressing academic, financial, childcare, and family barriers.
• Manage recruitment, intake, onboarding, and retention of CCAMPIS participants.
• Support access to affordable childcare through NCC Children’s Centers and enrollment guidance.
• Collaborate with Children’s Centers as lab schools to support family engagement.
• Facilitate parent engagement workshops, peer support, and family-centered events.
• Develop partnerships with regional agencies supporting student parents and children.
• Assist students pursuing advanced degrees or transfer with NCC Transfer Counselors.
• Maintain program records and report data for grant benchmarks and reporting.
• Support program visibility and enrollment growth through outreach and marketing.
