Job summary

Northampton Community College is seeking a Family Success Coordinator to lead CCAMPIS activities, coordinating holistic services for student parents and collaborating with NCC departments and community partners.

You will develop strategies to address barriers to persistence, manage participant onboarding and retention, and support families accessing NCC childcare resources and campus programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Human Services, Student Affairs, Family Studies, Social Work, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in higher education student services, case management, or family support programs is desirable.
• Knowledge of child development, family engagement, and early learning systems is required.
• Experience with outreach, recruitment, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for CCAMPIS program activities focused on student parent success.
• Serve as primary contact for CCAMPIS participants using holistic, trauma-informed practices.
• Coordinate student support services with NCC departments and campus partners.
• Develop proactive strategies addressing financial, childcare, and personal barriers to persistence.
• Manage recruitment, intake, onboarding, and retention of CCAMPIS participants.
• Support families in accessing NCC Children's Centers and childcare resources.
• Collaborate with NCC Children's Centers for family engagement and parent education.
• Coordinate parent engagement programming and community partnerships.
• Develop partnerships with regional agencies supporting student parents and young children.
• Assist students with degree attainment and transfer opportunities.
• Maintain accurate program records and report data for grant benchmarks.
• Support visibility, enrollment growth, and marketing of the program.
