Job summary

IHS Admissions in Loveland, Ohio, is seeking a Student Outreach Specialist (Call Center/Customer Service) for a full-time position. You will provide customer service to prospective students through inbound/outbound calls and texting, while maintaining a meticulous CRM system and meeting performance goals.

Collaborate with Admissions Counselors to schedule appointments and guide applicants through the enrollment process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in a contact center or sales role is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to prospective students via inbound/outbound calls and texting.
• Meet performance goals set by the Director of Business Operations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with Admissions Counselors to schedule appointments.
• Foster trust and provide information about programs to prospective students and parents.
• Handle escalations professionally and support enrollment processes.
