Job summary

Qualifications

• Must maintain the confidentiality of the department.
• Availability to work Monday-Thursday: 8:00–7:00 pm, Friday: 8:00–4:30 pm, and two Saturday mornings during final registration week.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality customer service, greets visitors, and answers calls.
• Schedules and maintains appointments in scheduling software.
• Delivers individual and group orientation presentations.
• Guides students on campus tours.
• Assists with call campaigns.

Education

Current Harper College student enrolled in at least six credits per semester
