Job summary

Lindenwood University seeks a Program Coordinator for Student Organizations to support the development and engagement of campus groups and their leaders. You will work with campus partners to grow student involvement while ensuring programs align with university policies.

You will manage rosters and governing documents, register organizations, and advise leaders on operations, events, and risk management. This role also coordinates involvement initiatives and leadership experiences across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, student affairs, HR or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced responsibilities.
• Experience in student activities or programming is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations and engagement of student organizations.
• Maintains officer rosters, constitutions, bylaws, and documents in the student engagement system.
• Registers and re-registers student organizations and handles ongoing admin processes.
• Advises leaders on operations, leadership development, events, and university policies.
• Coaches leaders in event planning, risk management, and university processes.
• Coordinates involvement initiatives and leadership development experiences.
