Responsibilities

• Oversee student organization room reservations in line with university policies and guidelines.
• Maintain reservation software and related tech for timely processing of requests.
• Advise student organizations on event planning, space use, and risk management.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and SOP documentation for team processes.
• Provide administrative support and assist with records, calendars, and reporting.
