The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Student Organizations Graduate Assistant to support undergraduate student staff, event planning, and office operations within the Office of the Dean of Students. You will supervise student staff, assist with space reservations and Hornslink applications, coordinate programs, and contribute to a positive, inclusive campus environment during standard daytime hours.

Purpose This role provides broad assistance across unit functions such as student staff supervision, event support, managing student organization resources, space reservations, and general office operations. The GA works closely with student leaders, campus partners, and internal teams to ensure effective services, adherence to institutional policies, and a positive, engaging student organization experience. This position includes undergraduate student supervision, administrative coordination, and project-based work that contributes to the overall success of student organizations. Hours to be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some prescheduled evening and weekend hours
$19.33 per hour
