Job summary

CSU Stanislaus in Turlock is seeking a temporary hourly-intermittent Work Study Student Assistant in Enrollment Services to support clerical tasks, data entry, mail handling, phone coverage, and student counter assistance. The position runs from on or after September 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027 with possible reappointment.

Screening includes a background check; a valid FAFSA on file is required. Applications are open until filled.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

Responsibilities

• General clerical duties, such as: filing, data entry, opening and distributing mail, assisting with sending out mail, delivering mail/forms to other offices on campus, answering phones, and assisting students at the counter.
• Other duties as assigned.
