Job summary

Central Piedmont Community College is seeking an expert generalist to guide students through onboarding, registration, and college processes in a call center environment. You will provide timely, accurate information to students and staff and support them with technology-enabled services on campus.

Responsibilities include assessing student needs, helping set educational and career goals via guided pathways, and representing the college at events.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree and six months of work experience in a college, customer service, or administrative environment, and/or three years in a similar setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.
