Job summary

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services in Virginia Beach seeks an on-site part-time invoicing specialist responsible for processing invoices to third-party vendors for maintenance and repairs of ZIM equipment across the USA.

The role requires Excel (advanced) and Power BI proficiency, as well as SharePoint document management. You will upload backups, maintain vendor spreadsheets, and respond to third-party vendor inquiries via email.

Qualifications

• Experience with invoicing to third party vendors for maintenance/repair in a logistics/shipping context.
• Proficiency with Excel (Advanced) and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SharePoint for document management.

Responsibilities

• Executes invoicing to parties responsible for damages to company equipment.
• Maintain and upload all back-up documentation to SharePoint.
• Maintain spreadsheets for all billed third party vendors via Excel and Power BI.
• Troubleshoot all third‑party vendor requests via email pertaining to ongoing disputes.

Main Tasks:

• Executes invoicing to parties responsible for damages to company equipment.
• Maintain and upload all back-up documentation to Sharepoint.
• Maintain spreadsheets for all billed third party vendors via Excel and Power BI
• Troubleshoot all third-party vendor requests via email pertaining to on-going disputes.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of excel, advance excel and Nitro experience a plus.
• Familiarity to Power BI helpful.
• Logistics / Operation experience in Container Shipping industry (a plus).

Must be able to commit to working 20 hours per week, on-site, during normal business hours
