Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent; at least three years related experience or an equivalent combination.
  • Take initiative while following established protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional, confidential, and detail-oriented in a university setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet students and visitors; direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
  • Cover front desk duties: calls, mail, general inquiries; maintain professional communications.
  • Attend team meetings; assist with events, orientation, and graduation support.
  • Help students with questions using the registration system and course enrollment queries.
  • Support Academic Advising and Student Success with scheduling, records, and data reporting.
  • Assist with FERPA compliance and exam administration support as needed.
  • Draft emails, publish content on digital platforms, and maintain student-facing information.
  • Collaborate with CBS staff to ensure smooth operation of student services.
