Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and execute major student events across LMU campuses.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, logistics, vendor relationships, contracts, and contingency plans.
• Ensure a consistent event experience across campuses while accommodating campus-specific needs.
• Evaluate event outcomes and implement continuous improvements.
• Supervise Student Life staff across all campuses.
• Support student organizations and leadership programming as needed.
• Collaborate with Student Affairs leadership to enhance the student experience.
• Coordinate with faculty, facilities, finance, marketing, admissions, alumni, vendors, and community partners.
• Develop and maintain event planning procedures and operational guides.
• Monitor budgets, purchasing, contracts, and inventories related to student events.
