Lincoln Memorial University invites applications for the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment, the administrative head of Undergraduate Enrollment, responsible for a comprehensive enrollment and recruitment program, and effective operations of all enrollment activities on campus.

Based at the Harrogate campus, the role requires a terminal degree and a proven record in higher education administration to guide LMU’s enrollment strategy and reporting to the EVP and university leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Terminal degree in educational leadership or a related field.
• Record of successful experience in higher education administration.

Aufgaben

• Promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students.
• Participate on University committees when necessary.
• Proactively identify ways to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the enrollment office.
• Supervise the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
• Provide the Enrollment team with up-to-date information about LMU.
• Coordinate and facilitate all admission events.
• Develop and train new admissions counselors.
• Assist in creating, maintaining, & evaluating the RAILS student leadership program.
• Coordinate undergraduate orientation and registration with the Office of First-Year Experience.
• Report data and narrative information for EVP meetings.
• Manage the Undergraduate Admissions website.
• Manage web profiles for third-party platforms.
• Develop and monitor the Undergraduate Admissions budget.
• Oversee the Undergraduate Admissions travel schedule and territory assignments.
• Annually evaluate Undergraduate Admissions staff.
• Assist in leading the Undergraduate Admissions Committee to decisions on applicants.
• Complete required institutional and program accreditation reports.
