Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• One (1) year of experience in student affairs, campus activities, event planning, higher education, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating events or student programming.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate campus events that promote student involvement and foster a welcoming campus environment.
• Assist students in developing leadership skills through workshops, training, and mentoring opportunities.
• Coordinate career fairs, employer events, networking opportunities, and professional development workshops.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to enhance student engagement and retention.
• Coordinate transportation services and ensure safety and reliability for university-related travel.
