Job summary

Serrato Corporation in Arkansas seeks a focused professional to oversee the Student Governance Association and leadership programs at the center. You will coordinate disciplinary processes, maintain records, and support staff in delivering program activities.

You will relay information to students, assist in hearings, and help ensure compliance with center policies while maintaining data integrity and reporting requirements. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Basic computer literacy incl. email, internet, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong knowledge of student leadership programs.
• High level of communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and educate students effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SGA and coordinate leadership program activities at the center.
• Discuss infractions with students and coordinate disciplinary procedures.
• Distribute weekly restriction lists to center personnel.
• Maintain records of center disciplinary activities and hearings.
• Inform students of disciplinary hearings and required procedures.
• Assist in maintaining disciplinary records and weekly activity reports.
• Liaise with juvenile and law enforcement agencies regarding student population.
• Support the Student Personnel Manager and meet performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety practices.
