Advising the SGA Department of New Student Development
Advising and supporting the SGA Communications and Campus Relations team
Manage the SGA Elections process
Co-Coordinate the annual Tiger Pride Day, advocacy day at the U.S. Capitol alongside the Director of Student Activities
Support the SGA Executive Cabinet with developing and executing initiatives on campus
Fiscal Responsibility: Budget management, and tracking of allocated resources within SGA
Assessment and evaluation
Management and maintenance of individual and office calendars; event/initiative communication; university event space requests/confirmations; event/initiative logistical needs
Support the Office of Student Activities programs, Division of Student Affairs programs, and university programs as assigned.
Support collaboration with campus and/or community partners as assigned
Serve on divisional and institutional committees as assigned
Perform other Duties as assigned
The work hours for this position include some evenings and weekends. Occasional travel is required.
