Job summary

Serrato Corporation is seeking a supervisor to oversee staff and students in a dynamic recreation center. The role requires ensuring safety, implementing engaging leisure programs, and coordinating events for diverse learners.

The incumbent will supervise and mentor student leaders, maintain a calendar of activities, and partner with the Center Director to meet program goals. The position demands evening and weekend availability and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and students to ensure safe, secure operation of activities.
• Develop and implement a Center-wide diversified recreation program.
• Monitor and schedule activities, clubs, and special interests.
• Ensure water activities are supervised by certified lifeguards and safety rules followed.
• Collaborate with center staff to meet program goals.
