Job summary

Hill College's Esports program is seeking a motivated Student Worker to support daily operations, assist with recruitment, onboarding, team coordination, practices and events.

As a part-time position, you will help with recruiting communications, scheduling, and program initiatives while representing Hill College Esports in a positive, professional manner.

Candidates must be enrolled full-time, maintain at least a 2.0 GPA, and be ready to work flexible evenings and tournaments.

Qualifications

• Be currently enrolled as a full-time student at Hill College with a minimum 2.0 GPA.
• Previous Esports or competitive gaming experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Hill College Esports program.
• Assist with recruitment communications, onboarding, scheduling, and program initiatives.
• Serve as a positive representative of Hill College Esports.
