Job summary

California State University, San Bernardino is seeking a student assistant for the Information Technology Services division to staff the front desk, assist the campus operator, and help with AV support and data center activities. You will work under ITS staff supervision, assist students, faculty and staff with questions, and help connect devices to Eduroam.

Qualifications

• Maintain a 2.0 GPA or greater per semester and cumulative.
• Enrolled in at least halftime units (CSUSB).
• International students must have full-time enrollment.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Payroll requirement: Social Security Card.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors seeking technology assistance.
• Assist with Coyote OneCard services, password resets, Wi-Fi connectivity, software support, and general troubleshooting.
• Answer campus questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Support with lab equipment, printers, kiosks, and other campus tech resources.
• Escalate issues to professional staff when needed and document requests.
