Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and follow instructions; read/write English.
• Special qualification: Admission or registration as a CSU student.

Responsibilities

• Staff the Technology Support Center (TSC) as the first point of contact.
• Assist with Coyote OneCard services and password resets; help with Wi‑Fi connectivity.
• Answer campus questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Troubleshoot campus technology and printer/kiosk issues; escalate when needed.
• Maintain documentation of support requests and completed work.
