Qualifications

• Currently enrolled ECU student.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds regularly.
• Experience with PCs, Macs, and printers is a plus.
• Available to work 20–25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm.
• Valid driving record and at least 3 years driving experience to operate state van.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot student computer labs on campus.
• Assist with PCs, Macs, and printers in a help desk context.
• Provide timely technical assistance to lab users.
