Job summary

Chaminade University of Honolulu's Sullivan Library seeks a Student Worker, Client Services to serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance within the campus community. The role is part-time, non-exempt and reports to the Director of Client Services.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, enter requests, assist with campus technology, and help create self-help resources while developing communication and time-management skills in a university setting.

Qualifications

• Must be an enrolled student at Chaminade University.
• GPA of at least 2.5 preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for technical assistance.
• Respond to client inquiries and issues via various modes of communication.
• Enter and review all calls, email, and walk-in service requests.
• Coordinate with other student assistants and staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Create reference documentation to maximize self-help for the community.
• Provide audio visual and technical support.
