• Must be able to traverse the campus and lift 30-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn from and assist more experienced technicians with their daily workload.
• Receive and organize IT equipment.
• Assist with the imaging and setup of new computers and laptops.
• Provide software/hardware troubleshooting support.
