RFCUNY’s Office of Careers & Industry Partnerships seeks an Industry and Employer Engagement Specialist to connect employers with CUNY students and graduates, building paid internships, clinical placements, and full‑time opportunities. The role reports to the Program Director within the Human Biology Program at Hunter College.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and four years of professional work experience.
• Experience in career services, economic or workforce development preferred.
• Experience with community and business outreach and talent acquisition.
• Understanding of NYC healthcare hiring practices preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify career opportunities and grow hiring pipelines for CUNY students and graduates.
• Engage employers to define workforce needs and hiring challenges.
• Develop partnerships that expand paid internships and full‑time roles.
• Collaborate with faculty, advisors, and campus partners to align with in‑demand skills.
