The Strategy & Transformation Intern will support high-priority initiatives that advance the strategic objectives of The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across healthcare strategy, project management, data analytics, business planning, and operational transformation. Interns will collaborate closely with Strategy & Transformation professionals, contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact on patients, providers, and the broader health system.

Through active involvement in these initiatives, interns will develop valuable analytical, communication, and professional skills while gaining exposure to the complexities of healthcare operations and strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for a highly motivated and intellectually curious individual interested in healthcare administration, consulting, business strategy, analytics, or organizational transformation, and seeking practical experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Minimum Requirements

College students pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. Candidates should have a strong interest in healthcare, business strategy, analytics, or operational improvement and be eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
