Entergy’s Customer Service Department is the face of Entergy and responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with current and future customers.
Gain experience and exposure to practical customer service applications within the utility industry. Individual normally works under close supervision and will perform a variety of functions and work on various projects, working with customer service analysts and customer service managers.
Working in a team environment to assist customer service personnel in day to day activities, including but not limited to:
Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PowerBI is a plus. Strong data entry skills with attention to details.
Office and Field work. Some situations might require ability to work in adverse climate conditions and physical nature of work may require walking long distances in uneven off-road environments. Some travel may be necessary.
