Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate, an Atlanta-based company, seeks a Marketing and Sales Manager to lead a leasing team and support the Property Manager in reaching revenue, occupancy and retention goals.

You will drive brand representation at the community level, develop marketing plans, manage resident programs and oversee events, with a focus on college student demographics and social media strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, real estate or related field preferred.
• Experience in multifamily industry in sales, leasing or management preferred.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in social networking (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Ability to read and write English fluently.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with brand management to ensure proper representation at the community level.
• Analyze sub-market trends and results to develop a strategic marketing and advertising plan.
• Review targeting strategy, lead generation, advertising, sales messaging, websites, and collateral materials.
• Supervise lease-up events, renewal parties, and property events as approved by leadership.
• Collaborate with on-site staff to build relationships with colleges, vendors, and prospects.
• Develop annual property marketing plans.
• Develop and manage Resident Programs.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios and occupancy.
• Assist in market surveys and leasing reports as required.
• Prepare and know lease-related paperwork thoroughly.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; assist with data entry.
• Manage ILS provider, website updates, internet ad and bulk ad opportunities.
• Create or review and manage all property promotional items.
