Tailwind Group is seeking a Property Manager for a 156-unit student housing community in Norman, OK. You’ll ensure the property is well-maintained, deliver excellent resident service, and drive profitable returns.

The role runs 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional nights or weekends. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 plus bonus potential, based on market data and qualifications. Benefits include health, time off, 401(k), training, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
• Three or more years of progressive experience in property management are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all resident relations and lease responsibilities.
• Coordinate budgets, marketing campaigns, and events for the property.
• Lead on-site maintenance, leasing staff, and office personnel.
