Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a property management professional to support the General Manager in driving leasing, occupancy, and financial performance. You will help maintain accurate ledgers, process leases, and manage vendor payments while collaborating with the leasing team to maximize occupancy and leasing opportunities.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, adherence to Fair Housing regulations, and engagement with university and community partners to boost leasing performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2–4 years in student housing or property management.
• Strong accounting skills and comfort with financial software.
• Proficiency with Entrata and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in building a high-performing, motivated team.
• Maintain occupancy at or above 99% and collections at or above 98%.
• Maintain accurate resident ledgers and financial transactions in Entrata.
• Process leases and manage vendor payments.
• Collaborate with Leasing Manager to leverage marketing opportunities.
• Engage in on-campus and community outreach to boost leasing performance.
