Article Student Living in Pittsburgh is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations, leasing, and resident relations, acting as the property's CEO and driving performance across the asset. You will develop an outstanding team and provide regular reporting to regional and home-office support, while implementing procedures to enhance our brand and resident experience.

The Property Manager will report to the Regional Manager and receive a salary of $70,000-$75,000 plus an annual bonus,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or comparable experience in the student housing space.
• 4+ years in operations as a Property Manager, ideally in student housing; multi-family experience is welcomed.
• People management experience and the ability to motivate and build a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage all on-site employees, ensuring they are empowered to exceed their job responsibilities.
• Responsible for the property’s overall performance, including HR, accounting, leasing and marketing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Develop annual renewal and marketing campaigns to meet leasing goals.
• Maintain property budget and ensure expenses stay within budget; obtain approvals for over-budget items.
• Lead all Turn activities for the property to ensure a smooth Turn season.
• Oversee security needs for the property and implement new protocols with the maintenance team.
