CLS Living is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead one of our student housing communities. You will serve as a customer-focused leader overseeing day-to-day operations, team development, financial performance, and strategic planning.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years in student/multifamily housing and strong skills in staff leadership, budgeting, and operations. A passion for resident satisfaction and community engagement is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 2–5 years of experience in student or multifamily housing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and property management software Entrata.
• Working knowledge of market rate and LIHTC programs, Fair Housing Laws, and EEO laws.
• Strong skills in staff recruitment and development, financial management, marketing strategy, scheduling, and operational oversight.
