Responsibilities

• Contribute to leasing targets and team goals.
• Greet and engage prospective residents, building rapport.
• Provide property tours tailored to prospect needs.
• Close leasing by addressing objections and obtaining commitments.
• Handle inquiries by phone, email, or in person within 24 hours.
• Enter and maintain lead information in Entrata and follow up with prospects.
• Understand site leasing trends to guide decisions.
• Maintain and inspect office and common areas along the tour route.
• Support marketing initiatives and resident events.
• Guide applicants through the application and lease process.
