You’ll greet prospects, conduct tours, close leases, and assist with the application process while staying organized and responsive to inquiries. Weekend hours may be required based on leasing activity.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
• Basic to intermediate math skills.
• Comfortable using computers and property management systems.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, delivering an exceptional first impression.
• Conduct property tours of model units, available apartments, and amenities.
• Convert leads into leases through strong closing techniques.
• Respond to phone, email, and internet inquiries promptly.
• Assist prospects with the online application and leasing process.
