Job summary

Two Coast Living in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase community features, floor plans, and amenities. You will handle inquiries, process applications, and prepare lease documents to ensure accurate administration.

On-site role with weekend/evening shifts as needed, you will support resident retention through proactive communication, resolve concerns, and contribute to occupancy goals while upholding brand

Qualifications

• Ability to manage leases and lease administration with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in resident retention, including relationship building and follow-up to encourage renewals.
• Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with residents and team members.
• Proven customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality, problem-solving, and professional demeanor.
• Prior leasing, property management, or real estate experience preferred.
• Comfort using property management software and basic office applications (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools).
• Ability to work on-site, including weekends or evenings as needed based on community needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
• Reliable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, and effectively presenting community features, floor plans, and amenities.
• Responding to leasing inquiries, managing applications, preparing and executing lease documents, and ensuring accurate lease administration.
• Supporting resident retention through proactive communication, resolving concerns, and promoting community events and services.
• Collaborating with the property management team to meet occupancy goals, maintain strong customer service standards, and uphold Two Coast Living’s brand and policies.
