Job summary

The Landing CoMo, managed by Tailwind Group, is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager in Columbia, Missouri. You will coordinate sales and marketing for a 172-unit student housing community, lead a leasing team, and drive occupancy goals through outreach, tours, and social media.

This full-time, in-office role offers a competitive compensation range of $43,212 to $52,542 plus commission, plus benefits. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years in customer service, sales, or retail.
• One+ year experience in student housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the property’s sales and marketing strategy.
• Lead leasing team to achieve occupancy targets.
• Build relationships with residents and prospects.
• Manage and post on property social media.
• Oversee monthly marketing calendar and outreach events.
• Collaborate with Property Manager on operations.
