Job summary

Tailwind Group Inc. seeks a Leasing and Marketing Manager for The Quarters Huntsville, a garden-style student housing community near Sam Houston State University. This full-time, in-office role runs Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm with occasional nights/weekends to meet business needs and leasing goals.

The compensation range is $41,500–$52,000 plus commission, with benefits and career growth opportunities. This position is based in Huntsville, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or retail.
• 1+ year in student housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents and prospects.
• Lead leasing team to achieve occupancy goals.
• Plan and execute a monthly marketing calendar.
• Build relationships with residents and community outreach.
