Job summary

Tailwind Group in Huntsville, TX is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager for The Quarters Huntsville, a garden-style student housing community near Sam Houston State University. You will lead sales and marketing efforts, build resident relationships, and coach the leasing team to meet occupancy goals.

The role is in-office, Monday through Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with occasional after-hours during turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• One or more years in student housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
• Lead the leasing team to achieve budgeted occupancy each year.
• Plan and execute a monthly marketing calendar including events and digital outreach.
• Manage property social media profiles and community engagement.
• Oversee turnover processes and coordinate move-in/move-out procedures.
• Partner with managers to schedule work and ensure leasing-related tasks are completed.
• Maintain knowledge of property, competition, and local market conditions.
