Yugo Tucson Campus is seeking a General Manager to lead our community, driving leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and marketing to maximize occupancy and revenue. Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in residential properties or related operations.
• Experience running a property, preferably student/university housing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven sales and marketing environment.
• Be proficient in working with technology and adaptable to online systems.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi, RealPage.
• Carbon Literacy Certification or willingness to undertake training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff to meet goals and deadlines.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and evictions per policy and law.
• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident retention initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitive positioning.
• Review financial reports, budgets, occupancy trends, and operating performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
• Assist in preparing and managing annual operating and capital budgets.
• Investigate and resolve resident complaints professionally.
• Conduct regular property inspections for appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Oversee maintenance operations with the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Manage vendors and contracts; coordinate projects.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Hold regular meetings to communicate goals and updates.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers and corporate teams.
• Maintain accurate property records, leases, and documentation.
