Reporting to the Regional Property Manager, you will supervise on-site staff, oversee rent collections and budgets, coordinate improvements, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in residential properties or related operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Experience with property management software such as Entrata, Yardi or Real Page.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Supervise on-site staff to meet operational goals.
• Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and evictions per policy.
