The Scion Group is hiring an Experience Team Member to support customer experience, sales and marketing activities on-site at our Bloomington property in Indiana. You will interact with residents and prospects, provide tours, and help execute events and engagement initiatives to build a vibrant community.

Ideal candidates will bring strong communication, reliability and a proactive approach in a fast-paced, collegiate environment and be available for summer, holidays and Turn periods.

• Provide customer experience and sales support.
• Offer tours of the community and amenities to time customers.

• Assist with social media and community communications.
• Plan and execute customer experience initiatives and marketing activities.
• Represent the community positively in all settings.
• Maintain office organization and handle routine tasks.
