The Pennsylvania State University’s Center for Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) in University Park seeks a Health Services Assistant (Support Level) to serve as the first point of contact for student clients, visitors, and campus partners, providing administrative support in a busy counseling office environment.

This 83.3% FTE, 10-month position follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Student Health Center, starting November 2, 2026, with June and July off.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma required.
• No prior relevant work experience required.
• Certifications: None.
