Job summary

UCSF Health seeks a clinic operations supervisor to oversee multi-provider clinics and practices. You will supervise staff involved in professional operational functions and oversee areas such as revenue management, billing, facilities, and patient coordination.

Coordination with nursing leads to supervise medical assistants/LVNs may be required. Requires a Bachelor's degree and several years of supervisory experience in clinic/center management, with strong knowledge of scheduling, compliance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area required.
• 3-5 years overall experience in related field.
• 3 years supervisory experience required.
• Clinic/Center management experience with scheduling, customer-service methods, incident reporting, regulatory compliance, accreditation, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations, spanning multiple providers, clinics, and practices.
• Supervise staff involved with professional operational functions.
• Oversee practice revenue management, billing systems/procedures, facilities and safety, registration, scheduling, medical records storage/maintenance, and insurance authorizations.
• Coordinate with nursing lead to supervise patient support staff.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related area

3-5 years overall experience in related field

3 years supervisory experience
