Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking cosmetology students for its FuturePRO (Student to Work) program. You will receive mentorship, orientation, and advanced training to build cutting and coloring skills from day one.

During the program you’ll start earning hourly wages while you learn, with performance-based pay and potential commissions as you advance toward licensure. Flexible hours and on-the-job guidance are offered across our salons.

Qualifications

• Current beauty school student transitioning to professional career.
• Ability to learn styling, color techniques, and practice on mannequins.
• Willingness to learn cuts, fades, and color from best in the business.

Responsibilities

• Support the guest experience in the salon workflow.
• Develop craft through a structured training plan with the Salon Leader.
• Partner with licensed professionals for client consultations and services.
• Observe and learn by watching salon pros and asking questions.
• Help build a strong client base through product knowledge and service excellence.
